Thank you for asking about our side quest. We summoned some happy cloud spirits and when we turned around, they seem to have floated away! We don't think they could have floated far so we're pretty sure they're somewhere around this Water District. They're a little odd where they tend to enjoy settling on glass surfaces such as this glass coffee cup! 

Please chase these clouds down by to confirming which shop in the district they are hiding in, take a picture of the booth as confirmation!

After a little wandering we were able to find the location of the small clouds! They were hiding at Simple & Soft's booth! Her booth is filled with all sorts of cute and happy items, no wonder the clouds felt so at home there! Since the shopkeep was taking such good care of them, we've decided to let the little clouds go and stay with her!
