EXP Shop & Ship Policies

Shipping Policies

UK Customers: 

Unfortunately due to new regulations, we can only accept UK orders through our Etsy storefront here.  Although there are some products not available in the Etsy shop, please contact us through Etsy and we can build a custom listing for the items you're interested in and will honor our standard prices.

Processing Time: 

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies: 

  • Pins & Stickers: 1-3 days

  • Banners: 3-5 days

Estimated Shipping Times: 

We'll do our best to meet the below shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and International orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Shipping.

  • North America: 3-5 days

  • Europe: 3-4 weeks

  • Asia Pacific: 3-4 weeks

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

We don't accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

Gift Wrapping & Packaging

All orders are wrapped for shipping - please let us know if you would like to include a note and we will do so at no charge.

 

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Refunds

Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost or not delivered due to the buyer providing an incorrect, incomplete, or non-USPS verified mailing address. No refund will be issued.

If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, please send us a message ASAP and we will update the address if the order has not been shipped out yet.

COVID UPDATE

Processing Time: 

The time it takes to process orders should not be affected.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping may be delayed due to COVID which is unfortunately out of our control. All shipping will include tracking, so please refer to the tracking number for the most updated information on your order!

International Shipping

Due to varying regulations in place for different countries, we will be reaching out to see if you would like to your package shipped immediately or held until the country's postal system has stabilized.
